Exterior CGIs
Exterior CGIs are a great way to help prospective home buyers visualise their future home with an emphasis on detail or to help your scheme through the planning process. An exterior CGI can also be helpful if the design is at the preliminary draft stage as you can request amendments to see how different material finishes work on your design.
Interior CGIs
Interior CGIs are a cost effective way of giving future home owners a glimpse into their future home. For a fraction of the cost of furnishing a new show home, interior CGIs can be created following a specific interior design brief and can be used as an incredibly effective marketing tool.
3d site plans
3d site plans can be used to show a bit more than an exterior CGI when needed. With a 3d site plan, buyers can see the layout of the entire scheme and the relation between their home and the neighbouring plots. A 3d site plan can also be used in support of a planning application as it goes further than a master plan drawing in helping to visualise the whole development.
Photomontage CGIs
A photomontage is a strong supporting document in any planning application. This type of image clearly demonstrates to the planning committee the impact the development has on it’s surroundings. Besides ground photography for an eye level impression, drone photography can be used to show the entire development within it’s surroundings.
2d site plans
A 2d site plan is a simple and concise piece of artwork which works well on websites and in property brochures. Potential buyers can use them to see a clear overview of the development and to help them make the decision on their preferred plot based on the layout of the scheme.
2d floor plans
2d floor plans work well in conjunction with CGIs on web pages or in property brochures. As well offering a clear picture to the layout of a property they contain important information such as the dimensions of each room and the legal disclaimers for each plot if there are small differences between plots of the same house type.
